Take your yoga practice to the next level with Vinyasa Flow suitable for intermediates - a dynamic class that builds on the foundations of flow yoga. In this session, experience a more intricate exploration of breath, movement, and mindfulness, challenging both body and mind. The class ends with a 10 minute savasana, accompanied by healing vibrations of a sound bath.
