We’ll be receiving the healing power of PLAY by EAR’s earseeds as we slow down into our breath, settle into meditation, and rest with the healing frequency from a soundbath.

In this Embodied Pulse session, come by with or without your pet dog for a lovely late afternoon nap.

• Canines are welcomed and will be given a diaper for us to keep the space comfortable for everyone in attendance
