Welcome to ZENNEZ by Nirvana. By accessing our website, booking classes, or attending our studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Studio Use

Classes must be booked in advance through our booking system.

Please arrive on time; late entry may not be permitted.

Respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants is required.

Any damage of items or property of ZENNEZ by Nirvana by customer has to be covered by customer.

2. Health & Safety

You are responsible for disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before attending classes.

Participation is voluntary; ZENNEZ by Nirvana is not liable for injuries or health issues that may arise during or after classes.

Please follow instructor guidance and use equipment mindfully.

3. Payments & Refunds

All fees must be paid prior to attending a class or program.

Memberships and packages are non-transferable.

Refunds or cancellations are not allowed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by ZENNEZ by Nirvana (including but not limited to class methods, website content, and studio design) remain the intellectual property of the studio.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZENNEZ by Nirvana is not responsible for:

Personal belongings lost or stolen at the studio.

Any injury, accident, or health-related issue beyond reasonable safety measures.

6. Code of Conduct

Our studio is an inclusive, non-judgmental, and compassionate space.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in termination of membership without refund.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
