•Gain an understanding of how yoga offers a holistic approach to managing ourselves and stress through SMET (Self-Management of Excessive Tension).
•A 35-minute meditation practice - Cyclic Meditation, which offers an efficient way to master our mind and reduce stress.
Cyclic Meditation is a structured practice that alternates between stimulation and relaxation, and has shown to help in decreasing stress, reducing anxiety and promoting better sleep.

•especially beneficial for busy professionals or homemakers seeking a quick and efficient way to reduce their stress & calm their minds. 

Guided by
Karyn is certified in Yoga Therapy and seeks to help others overcome their health challenges through a yogic approach. She is passionate in helping beginners pique their curiosity in yoga and to embrace it as their way of life. Karyn co-founded Creative Movement & Yoga to share movement, mindfulness and yoga with children. 

She founded Jobs Jolt and its brands Remote Jobs Asia and Lalang Life - to connect people with purposeful roles. Her experience includes social work, leadership and talent development.

Karyn also dedicates her time as a volunteer mentor who journeys with girls and women from challenging backgrounds.
