A holistic uniquely, designed 3-part session. Gentle to deep stretches to relax the body. Breathing exercises to calm & center the mind. These 2 sections help us to ease into the last part which is a guided meditation along with a 15Mins sound bath with Tibetan bowls, Gong & Chime. Been said to be rejuvenating for a mid-week break.
