Class Description

The yoga basics class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga and provide a solid foundation for your practice. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner. In this class, you will learn basic yoga postures and breathing techniques to guide you through your practice. The class ends with a 10 minute savasana, accompanied by healing vibrations of a sound bath.
