Class Description

The gentle flow yoga class will focus on combining gentle movements with breath awareness to create a meditative and calming practice. You will be guided through a series of graceful poses, allowing you to flow from one posture to another. Through the gentle flow of poses, you will build flexibility, balance, and overall strength. The class is suitable for those looking to gently stretch and strengthen their bodies and is suitable for all levels, including beginners. The class ends with a 10 minute savasana, accompanied by healing vibrations of a sound bath.
