Class Description
The yoga stretch class will focus on increasing your flexibility, releasing tension, and promoting relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner. You will focus on gentle and deep stretches that target different muscle groups. The class will provide an opportunity for you to release stress and tension so that you feel more at ease. The instructor will guide you through each stretch, ensuring that you maintain proper alignment and encouraging you to listen to your body’s needs. The class ends with a 10 minute savasana, accompanied by healing vibrations of a sound bath.
